The front desk is excellent with great service especially from amber , patrice and raven, they are ALWAYS going above and beyond for their guest! They even put out candy and little toys for Valentine’s Day for kids that’s thoughtful and heartwarming. Always have fresh sheets, towels, and coffee every morning! The rooms are very clean and well managed, no bugs, my room even had a 32 inch 4k Samsung tv which worked greatly. Nice stove top to cook and a wonderful kitchenette! Definitely a go to for my wife and I and absolutely love all the food places that are a 2 minute walk down from west broad street. Love the place also pet friendly and love their guest pets and provide a small doggy area with bags for your pups.

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Richmond, Virginia, and it was an absolute nightmare from check-in to checkout. The room was filthy beyond belief—dust and grime everywhere, stained sheets that looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks, and the bathroom was a disaster with mold in the shower and a sink that wouldn't drain properly. But the worst part? Roaches. I spotted several crawling across the floor and even one on the nightstand when I turned on the light in the middle of the night. It was disgusting and made me feel like I was in a horror movie rather than a budget hotel. To top it off, the owners were incredibly rude and disrespectful. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING services here I adore amber, raven and Keylani at the front desk so much! They are so kind, so sweet, genuine, and truly care about their guest. I love staying here and I come back multiple times a year as this is the only place I’ll stay in the area! Amazing prices that you can’t beat anywhere else and on top of it they are animal lovers completely pet friendly here!!! Only a one time cleaning fee (very cheap) and they stay with you as long as you stay! Again I love it here and it’s SO clean!!! No bugs, no nasty odors, idk why other bad reviews but I completely disagree and come see for yourselves it’s amazing! Great service! I was highly pleased at Ms Raven for going above and beyond to get me in room after coming late in the middle of the night. Rooms were super full and there was a room that just needed cleaning, although she works at the front desk she actually went to cleaned the room and checked me in instead of turning me away at that time of night. Thank you so much for your hard work!

This place smells horrible, been here almost two weeks because it is what I can afford, been sick since the day after check in. If you have any breathing issues, allergies, or just can’t take the smell of pee everywhere, then I would go else where. Wish I had not paid for the two weeks in advance. Only good thing about the place is the workers, except for 1 female who is rude and loves to look at people like they are beneath her, and let me tell you they are not.
