Sterling Inn Niagara Falls

When I got here, checked in no problems. Guy working was nice and helpful. The rooms are ok. The bed was comfy. I brought my own pillow, glad I did. The pillows was flat and over used. No sign of bugs anywhere. It was dusted. And clean. The ac unit didn’t work correctly. Had fan on high and it didn’t blow out. Would kick on but not any air. Bathroom was stocked correctly. The water when turned on in shower, smelled musty. Plenty of pressure. Sounds of very loud music at night with people yelling and trying to talk over the music every night. Kept getting woke up by it. Smell of weed all the time . People arguing at night. It is close to the falls few minutes drive. Some places to eat and gas stations close. Only stayed 2 nights. Would stay if couldn’t find anything else. ( why I stayed thi

We stayed as a family. Check-in was smooth. Many restaurants and other shops are in walkable distance. There was little bad odor in the room, that was resolved by room freshener spray. It had a microwave, a small fridge, TV etc. I felt USD 160 per night was on higher side for this hotel, but probably its bcoz Niagara NY is bit costly tourist destination.||

Very clean rooms and nice staff. Very comfortable bed and mini fridge that has a freezer. Once or twice had people talking loudly outside of my room in the middle of the night, but nothing serious. Overall, great stay.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The owners are friendly. The manager is amazingly nice and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and bug free, which is hard to find here in Niagara Falls.

Very clean and all personal were very helpful and polite. Wound not stay at a different motel. Guest services were the best
