Unfortunately these days it is almost impossible to find employees of any hospitality business that are caring, considerate and empathetic 👍 My husband and I will be making this place our go to on a regular basis 🎉 you ALL deserve a bonus! This hotel is centrally located in Wilmington. It's a great place to stay if you want to take in everything that Wilmington has to off. The rooms are clean. The pool is heated, and they have 2 hot tubs. Free breakfast and Wednesday nights they have a guest reception . I would book a room here again

We have always stayed here while visiting Wilmington. 6 times or so. Every experience from cleanliness to the breakfast was great. The pool area is well kept and the room layout really suits our need for space to sit as well as sleep. Full size refrigerator is unheard of!

Excellent location, could walk to Mayfair shops, theater and grocery store. Wifi was terrible, never could get on, kept getting the same error, 299 on my cell phone and laptop. Front desk was not helpful, told me to call their off site tech support. No sheets or pillow cases for the pull out couch? Loved having the kitchen, room/suite is great for families with kids. Room was cleaned twice in 5 days. Breakfast staff were very nice. Pet friendly with a price$125, never saw the fee stated anywhere prior to booking, our dog didn't cause any problem or damage, so why not refund it? Pool was open and heated in December

Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. Negative: There is no restaurant, and we thought a restaurant was listed. The pool was filthy and we wanted to relax in the pool and just hang out and have dinner in the hotel so we weren't looking for some place to eat. This is not truly a Hilton .
