Staypineapple, An Elegant Hotel, Union Square San Francisco

We absolutely loved this hotel. Let me start off and say that Yesha, Brian and Nixxy were incredible in every way. They were pleasant, proactive, attentive and simply very kind. They offered great ideas for some city trips and always made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were absolutely spotless. I was really amazed how clean and shiny everything was. The beds were a pleasure. The lobby was spotless and well maintained. It was a pleasure watching the staff fluff up a pillow or clean the coffee/ tea table.

The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable with a lot of charm. The bed was super comfy and had very fluffy European style duvets. The shower pressure was fantastic. We had incredible service from Yesha and Bryan at the front desk who made the stay very enjoyable. The location is at the edge if the Tenderloin, but more-so in the theater district so we didn’t feel unsafe. Overall great stay.

Her warm and friendly attitude truly stood out and made our stay even more pleasant.|The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, offering great value for the price. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, and very relaxing—perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: The hotel was a pleasant surprise once you entered. Very ornate, clean, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Negative: Our room's bathroom sink had very low water pressure, but wasn't anything that couldn't be overlooked. They don't have on site parking. We did park inside, just a few yards away from the hotel, but they close at 10 nightly, and are a bit pricey.

Overall a great stay. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Yesha was especially helpful with an early check in. I do wish they’re figure out a way to repurpose the shut-down bistro area to have some kind of breakfast offering. And their bedding set up is a bit frustrating- I can see the appeal of the two duvet set up for some, but when you both snuggle in the middle, every movement creates a draft as the duvets come apart. It would be great to have queen size blankets on hand as an alternative.
