It’s cheap. Not in a terrible location. Beds are not comfortable. Staff seems friendly enough but all kind of weird. Owner has a dog who runs around and bothers people. Gives you a breakfast but it’s not very good. Paper thin walls. Not a place for families or married couples. If you’re a single guy who just needs to rough it for a few nights and wants to save a buck that’s fine. Otherwise don’t go to this place. You’re gonna be dissatisfied. And I’m not one to scoff at a bed very easily, or anything really. If you have to go here make sure you leave the room as little as possible. I seen a staff meme we just try to open my door when I was walking out. No knock. It was an older guy who seemed senile. I think the staff try but they still leave a lot to be desired. My honest two cents.

Front desk is mediocre, it depends who is working as to what the service is like. |1) high amount of permanent (transient) stays|2) Pet friendly yes, yet no common pet coendous, guest allowed to have dogs in facility hall way off lease. Should not be allowed....|3) Rooms looks nice yet are minimal, I stayed a week for work and noise in hall way though out entire night.|4) only coffee no breakfast served,|5) All ground level rooms no real security (for windows)|6) within hall ways smoke smell in some rooms seems to be common|7) Only 3 electrical outlets in my room. Having to unplug fridge or microwave to charge cell phone.|8) seems to be a few that stay (live here) are chummy with front desk. Great place to stay!!! The rooms are very clean! The prices are awesome! Newly remodeled. They also have continental breakfast. Nice people 👍

The service was great. The staff was very friendly. It's a nice little place to stay for the price you pay.

If you’re traveling with a pet, I recommend staying at the Stay Inn in Grand Forks, ND. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. My room had a big fridge, microwave and nice size tv. No carpet which was nice. I was very tired upon arriving. So it was really nice to be able to order supper delivered locally by Door Dash. No coffee in the room but there is coffee and fixings at the office 24/7. I would definitely stay here again.
