C'mon Inn Hotel & Suites

Was impressed when I first walked into the hotel but after getting into the room am very disappointed. Room was not cleaned. These pictures are from as soon as I checked in. We don’t have pets at home as I am severely allergic (unfortunately) and there is tons of hair on a chair and floors. The carpet had tears, the lamps weren’t cleaned which is minor but the pet hair has really made me regret booking here

We had a great Saturday and Sunday night stay. Beds are super comfortable and room was clean. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear conversations through the walls which woke us up at 2AM. I guess it can be expected on weekends after people coming home from bars or events. It wasnt very busy so we enjoyed the hot tub one evening. We had to pass 2 before finding one that didn't have a bunch of sand or some debris in the bottom. We had a room with windows facing the parking lot and the curtains were very dark that you could easily sleep in without having any idea what time it was. The breakfast provided was decent for a continental breakfast with a nice variety. The front desk staff very friendly and we will definitely return from Winnipeg. We stayed 2 nights and no complaints. All the staff were great. We were were late for breakfast which closes at 930 and the nice Spanish lady and her daughter that worked the area were so accommodating. They welcomed us to stay and even turned back on a few items so we could use them. We checked out but booked the 2nd night at the last minute after the roads had turned icy. Initially, I called the reservation 1-800 number at some centralized location and they quoted me more that double what I had just paid the night before. The excuse I was given was that it was near Thanksgiving and quite full. This was not the case at all. It was quite empty on a Tuesday night and Thanksgiving was 2 days later on Thursday. Hotel is unique with a spacious atrium with hot tubs and a pond and waterfalls. Rooms facing the interior have seating right outside the door, a great place to sit with family and friends for an evening card game or socializing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable - not fancy but well appointed and enough room to spread out and relax. Pool and hot tubs are great. Hotel is located close to UND, shopping and restaurants.

My son and I chose C’mon Inn as our first destination for our first trip together to Grand Forks (from Manitoba). The staff were amazing. Everything was super clean, ping pong and swimming, exercise room, hot tubs galore, and continental breakfast (with tons of options). This place is outstanding and we can’t wait to come back.
