Check in - Jada was the shift clerk. She gave prompt, excellent service, explaining everything and answering questions clearly. Friendly and professional.|Room: clean and in order. All toilet paper, shampoos and tissues were full. The room is actually quite dark. The lamps are low powered LCD's. It would be good to have ceiling lighting.Good firm beds, but poor pillows. There was a wobbly, squeaky desk chair and a small, surprisingly comfortable arm chair. |Check out: Markie handled checkout. It was a smooth, seamless process with no issues. Markie was friendly and professional as well. All employees we encountered were good representatives of the hotel and company.|Breakfast: best breakfast around. A lot of items and variety. Positive: The front desk was very helpful. It had an excellent breakfast with hot food, cold food, and a large variety. It had hot coffee and tea all day. Negative: Hallway carpets were dingy, but I was told they are updating the building.

Nice hotel! The staff were friendly and super helpful. We got stuck in Grand Forks during a blizzard and the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The manager, Liz, went above and beyond and even got pizza for the hotel guests as there were no options for food during this blizzard, she is an absolute rockstar! Keep up the great work, we will now make this our regular hotel!

Rooms were decent. Pool area was nice and the hot tub was nice. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot to choose from. Located in a great area across from the Alexis center. I probably would have rated 5 stars if the waffle dispensers weren’t empty at breakfast otherwise the breakfast was very good and had a lot of other options. Overall was good.

First of all, from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel at home. Markie, at the front desk, was instrumental in making sure that everything was in order, that all the help I needed could be provided and always with a smile. Karissa was very helpful and housekeeper, Tonya, was acommodating for anything I needed. The staff made me feel like I was a queen. The rooms are lovely, clean and stylish.
