Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Forks

I had to wait 10 minutes to get someone at check in. Since we had 2 rooms, we were able to get into 1 of them and the staff said they would let me know when the other room was ready... that didn't happen and I had to go ask about getting key cards to the other room. The refrigerator was unplugged. The shampoo wasn't filled in the shower. I've had very good experiences with Hampton Inn in other cities but definitely not this one.

I only stay here when I’m Grand Forks ND. Breakfast available daily. Clean rooms. Close to Alerus Center and not far from University of North Dakota. Easy access to all major roads. Nice responsive staff Peloton bike available. Indoor heated pool

Positive: Hotel was clean and quiet Negative: Breakfast did not have alot of options

Our New Go To place when were intown Super clean and quiet even through renovations. The staff is amazing!!!! Pool water & Temp in pool area were perfect Thank you Hamptons

So nice we didn't want to leave. We had the suite. Spacious comfortable. Morning breakfast was great. Good food. Coffee was somewhat weak but that will vary from person to person. We will be coming back to this place. I will be looking out for the Hampton Inn while I am traveling because of this experience.
