Staybridge Suites Detroit - Novi by IHG

Bed was really comfortable. Very large sofa and spacious room. Clean atmosphere and friendly service. I love every opportunity that I get to stay in a Staybridge. We have stayed in several hotels over the last couple of years and this is definitely our favorite!

Our stay was good, there where a few issues with our room, the shower handle wasn’t fixed to the wall, there was a small hole above the bathroom door, the previous occupants must of put a tissue in it, we removed the tissue and found the hole. The toilet was missing the caps to the seat… not very sanitary. Our room must of had water damage the left closet door barely opened and they had put a kick plate on the bottom of the bathroom door due to extreme water damage. The door handle in the bathroom wasn’t fixed to the door either. We were in room 112. The carpet had what looked like pet stains on it. We don’t have pets and we don’t like paying for a room w pet stains on the carpet. I think they should have certain rooms for pet people and other rooms for people without pets. Due to allergie

Positive: Nice room Negative: Pool was super cold, bed too soft-no support for back, need better selections for breakfast- salad stuff not needed for breakfast

Very pleasantly surprised. The location is great. Lobby is cozy with 24/7 coffee and tea. Complimentary breakfast, pool and hot tub. We came from Canada for a flight and the room was stocked with dishes and cutlery with a full kitchen which saved us money as we packed groceries!. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great rooms, smaller but with everything you need. Large fridge, sink, dishwasher, plates, utensils, microwave, and even a free bag of popcorn. The couch is a fold out. Pool is nice and warm with a hot tub. But breakfast is truly excellent. So many choices. I never saw miso soup as an option at a hotel. A+ Only negative, you could hear other people in the hallway when in your room.
