Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Points for Four Points — Novi I had a really lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Novi and want to give a special shoutout to the team who made it feel welcoming (especially as a solo traveler). Paul, the front desk manager, was genuinely kind and helpful, and the front desk staff overall were consistently friendly and professional — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being hovered over. The lounge team also deserves major credit: Clara in the evenings was warm, personable, and made the space feel relaxed and safe to unwind in, and Nancy in the mornings was equally wonderful — friendly, attentive, and a great start to the day. This was the most distinguishing hotel I have stayed at to date. |For starters, when I arrived, I was given a room with an awful odor that hit me as soon as I opened the room door. The tub was black with several rings around it and the room clearly outdated and crumbling. I returned to the front desk and asked for another room and was politely given another. Customer service was not bad at all with the exception of one rude guy as I asked what accommodations were they providing guest because the guests were not able to use the water (shower, flush or sink) due to a water advisor upon my arrival off a long road trip (I was also told the water advisor/no use happened at least 5-6 times at this place thus far). I would like to be very fair to this hotel in Novi where I recently stayed, Four Points Detroit Novi. The location is very convenient—close to the mall and surrounded by plenty of things to do. I read some of the reviews beforehand, and I don’t believe some of them were fair. If you are looking for a high-end luxury hotel, this may not be the place for you, but that does not make it a bad hotel at all. This hotel is great for the price: clean, with friendly staff and a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and they truly made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Paul and Hakeem did an amazing job making us feel at home (sorry if I misspelled your names!).

I really enjoyed my one day stay at the for points Sheraton novi hotel, from the initial greeting on check in, I was completely impressed, the manager and front desk young lady were amazing. The manager is spectacular, when he found out I had children and booked for pool on this cold day, he changed our room for close pool access, and this was amazing, he also gave me a phone charger, as I neglected to pack one, these are the special things guests appreciate. I returned the charger, yet he was gone for the day, the front desk, took pictures of my family by the beautiful xmas tree for special memories, upon walking back to the room,the bar offered the children freshed popcorn. Positive: Hotel staff was fantastic and accommodating. Negative: breakfast was not included. it was offered at $15/person but there are enough surrounding places to get breakfast for that.
