Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Novi, MI

I travel alot for work and have stayed at many hotels. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Everyone who was at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. I have lower back problems when sleeping on a bed so the couch was perfect. The breakfast area wasn't all that great. The dryer was temporarily out of service but the nice woman at the desk allowed me to use the dryer in the back. My only issue would be the soundproofing between rooms. I could hear a baby crying down the hall off and on all week. Overall stay was well worth the price of admission. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

The room was clean, nice sized, the king bed was super comfy. We also took advantage of the hot tub which was perfect after a long day. Rashmi at the front desk was amazing! She was super friendly and more than helpful!

A great hotel experience. Very clean room (the entire facility is clean). Great staff - quick to assist and very friendly. The free hot breakfast was quite good. Parking was very convenient. We will use them again when we return to visit our son.

The service I received was exceptional. Stephanie was incredibly helpful from the moment I called. I arrived hours before check-in with nowhere to go, and she kindly allowed me to work in the lobby. She then assisted me with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. She went above and beyond the entire time, and was consistently polite and professional. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

Rooms are recently renovated. Great bang for your buck with breakfast, pool and decent room. Our room had two sections with two TVs, great for separating kids and adults. The high point was the service. I travel a lot for work and go to many hotels, the service here really stuck out. Raj and Rashmi were amazing. You can feel that they genuinely want to make your stay great.
