Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport by IHG

Had some issues with the hotels shuttle from the airport. Otherwise the rooms are nice. We like to book a room with a kitchenette. Makes the holidays a little better when you can make a meal. Went to the bar for a happy hour. Meme was excellent!!! So kind and made great recommendations! She was a great bartender for our stay! This is our go to spot when spending holiday in ATL!

I’d definitely stay here again. I had a really good experience with the front desk team; they were very welcoming and helpful. I loved that I could use their shuttle service both times, and when I scheduled the morning ride, it was on time and smooth. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen, which was great. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was some highway noise, but that probably depends on which side of the hotel you’re on. They are currently doing renovations, but it didn’t affect my stay at all. I wasn’t around much during the day, and even the shuttle service wasn’t interrupted. The hotel already looks really nice, and I’m sure it’ll be even better once the work is done. The breakfast buffet was very complete and convenient. I was so glad to have that option

My name is Telesha, I’ve been here for a while and I must say my time here has been pleasant because of a few key things. Of course the rooms are comfortable And clean. But it’s the staff that brings the place A home away from home. The lovely ladies ( Fatima, Oliva, Lorrnia, Veronica) give you a 5 star service. They truly go above and beyond. As well as Stephanie and Karawan at the front desk always greeting you with a warm smile and friendly attitude! The GM is Top Tier. I would recommend this place Every time.

Kee at the front desk was absolutely a gem! I couldn’t have asked for a better check in, and in the middle of a storm. She is really why I wrote the review because she deserves some recognition for her outstanding customer service. The room was clean & everything was newly renovated. Breakfast was full of options for food and drink. Coffee was available all day on demand. Laundry facility was included. Gym was new. Only two things I would even mention was hotel parking while they wrap up the renovation was not ideal but very manageable and our room was very warm (but other than adjusting the thermostat myself I didn’t seek help from staff so it clearly wasn’t that big a deal). Overall it was a great 2 day stay for sports!

We had a day of delayed then cancelled flights from Atlanta airport and decided to find a reasonably priced hotel that offered breakfast near the airport before our morning flight the next day. We chose this hotel and could not have been happier with the decision! There was a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The desk staff was efficient and welcoming even with the sudden influx of the airport crowd after 10:00 PM. We were scheduled for our airport shuttle in the morning. We got a beautiful, clean, large suite room on the top floor. We had no toiletries with us and appreciated having them to shower in the morning. Breakfast in the morning was great.
