Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport-East

Wow! I left Texas four weeks ago, and having stayed at several hotels across the country since then, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I've stayed at BY FAR. The rooms are clean and super beautiful. The staff has been amazing too; the lady who checked me in yesterday (3-7-26), around 2:30 pm, had a wonderfully pleasant attitude. The older gentleman who came in around 4-5ish to take out the trash, HE IS AWESOME! Had a nice chat with him on the way up to my room. And finally… THE BREAKFAST!!!! Thank You, LAVITA! She had it ready to go @ 6am, and her amazing attitude made the price of the hotel worth every penny. Side note, the price was roughly $100, including taxes. All of this being said, I may change which brand of hotels I look at moving forward. Best Western just won me over!

This Best western charges a $10 per night fee for parking, which is ridiculous because it shares parking with IHOP, Holiday Inn, and some other business. It's very confusing and a long walk to the entrance which is dangerous. It also sits on a hill so if you are traveling with luggage this makes checking in and out extremely difficult. Next the room floor has a lot of (soft spots) which could cause you to fall because they are unexpectant, possibly poor/cheap construction. Next, they don't trust their employees , so they do not accept cash. Third, they charge $100 for incidentals without notice, this is not a 5 star hotel, $100 for incidentals is absurd. Fourth, the room are not properly sanitized, so bring your own disinfectant for areas like bathroom , and frequently touched areas in

Positive: Bed Negative: Staff making noise in early morning hours. Called front desk and they did nothing about it ( I think they were making the noise). A/C did not work.

Stayed this past weekend for my birthday, and I was impressed with the room for how little I paid for 2 days. The room was very modern looking and clean. The only downside to this hotel in my opinion is that it shares a parking lot with a ihop, but I think it has more parking with the Holiday Inn right next to it. Also, my room was facing the airport, so the planes coming and leaving the airport were loud, but besides that I have no complaints.

Night Service lady at the front desk was so nice, gave us a list of restaurants choices in case we’re hungry. Morning service guy was also nice, we forgot to pack toothpaste but the gentleman gave us some free toothpaste, made our day! We came during a time of renovation but it was still a great experience. Room was clean and updated nicely. Price of the room is very affordable especially we stop by late night after hours. Would definitely come back if I’m ever around.
