Hilton Atlanta Airport

Dinner at the restaurant was fine, albeit, pretty expensive for two cocktails and two burgers. Server was great. Public spaces seemed clean and attractive. Room (1511) needs attention regarding general maintenance. Seemed clean, but furnishings are tired and beat up. Visible scuffs, bad patch jobs, etc. Water pressure in shower was good. The AC / Heat was HORRIBLE. It would go no lower than 72 degrees, thus very warm and moist feeling. We had to pull the covers off and slept on top of the sheets...and sweated. We had an early morning flight and had to get up early, but barely got a wink. I put on my clothes and walked downstairs just to go outsidet and get some fresh cool air. Amazing customer service! John went above and beyond by bringing our luggage to our room and truly taking care of us. Kelli at the front desk was wonderful—so helpful, friendly, and made us genuinely happy. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again!

Meh, well used hotel. Average, but the room was cheap for a Hilton. Toilet seat was to small for the toilet... Yes really. Tile in the shower was cracked and turning green in one area. Needs renewal.

My husband and I were caught up in a travel ground stoppage January 3. We had a reservation at this particular hotel, however our travel was interrupted and unpredictable. We ended up arriving at this hotel around 3:30 AM. After spending nearly 24 hours awake through an arduous and exhausting round of travel, we wanted nothing but to fall into a bed. Upon arrival, the night clerk was borderline hostile. She repeatedly told us she was in the middle of her night audit. Our reservation was cancelled because we didn't use the mobile check in app, however we were in flight back into the U.S. and couldn't make a phone call. She was incredibly rude to us. After getting our room key we asked about parking and received a sequence of eye rolls and sharp heavy sighs, as we were such an nuisance. We h
