Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North

We had to stay here after a flight delay. We arrived and were met with April at the front desk. She was so welcoming and friendly. We had a bad day traveling and she made me feel better. She Has a great personality for customer service. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The hotel too. Unfortunately we had an early flight and had to miss breakfast . Wish they started it earlier. Rooms & service were excellent. Happy hour was great! They offered us complimentary drinks. The bartender wasn’t very friendly. He seemed annoyed and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Everyone else were great!! Shivan at check out was great too!! Highly recommend this hotel!

This is my **GO TO** hotel. The night before I fly, I stay here. The rooms are AMAZING! The staff is wonderful. ||The made-to-order breakfasts are fantastic. The nice lady who makes the omelettes is so pleasant. She makes a top-notch omelette, never burned / browned, not runny. Fresh ingredients! With one of her omelettes, you do not have to buy horrible airport food.||Amaia, at the front desk, fixed a reservation problem for me in a heartbeat. She was able to help now-and-then on other issues (e.g., watching out for my Uber Eats order).||Fritz and Chris are fantastic on getting you to the airport and back, quickly and safely. Positive: Location from the airport. Negative: The bedding looked clean, but I don't know if the bed has bed bugs, but something bit on me all night, now my neck and back are showing small bumps and I'm using Neosporin and Benadryl to help with the itching. Truly a disappointment stay

We spent Thanksgiving evening here this year, and it was a fantastic experience. Impressively, the manager was working the check-in desk, telling me he gave his regular staffers the holiday off. Hats off to you, Sir! The rooms were probably the best we've seen from the Embassy Suites brand, from all across the country. Spacious, well-thougut out, and very modern. The nightly reception was also the best we've seen, with a snack spread that put many other ES properties to shame (yes, sadly we've gotten used to goldfish and celery...) and a attentive bartender that took great care of the patrons. Breakfast was excellent, as well. Quick drive downtown the next morning for the aquarium, too. Definitely will look to stay here again next time we visit Atlanta.

Car was broken into while staying here and the hotel did not even call to let us know this occurred. We pulled in from the airport and two windows were busted out, this happened to four other vehicles the same night. The staff was far from helpful and offered no assistance/support. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere as it’s quite frank they care less about customer service/solutions and seemed inconvenienced at the fact we were upset our car was destroyed while being held at their facility. Their scapegoat in this is the liability waiver you sign saying they aren’t responsible, however, they charge you on the same platform you pay for your room on, they could’ve offered reimbursement for us.
