Stay Inn & Suites

The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, and TV were provided. The air conditioning worked well, which was great in the summer heat. However, some furniture seemed a bit old and could use an update. 🚿 Cleanliness & Bathroom: Bathroom was decent – towels were clean, and hot water was available. Housekeeping was available on request, but not very frequent. 📶 Wi-Fi & Facilities: Wi-Fi speed was average — good enough for browsing and light work. No gym or pool, but vending machines were available in the lobby. 🚗 Parking & Location: Plenty of free parking was available. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and restaurants. The stay in and suites happens to be right next-door to the sleep Inn and suites. Please do not make the mistake we did and confuse the two! There is absolutely no comparison. ||||Stay in and suites was dirty and very poorly cared for. For example, there was a coffee pot in the room but no filters or coffee. There was a rack to hang clothes on, but no coat hangers. There was no tissue in the bathrooms other than toilet paper. There was no blanket on the bed, but simply a coverlet. The TV did not work as the outlet on the wall was loose. A hack job was done to secure the towel rod and toilet paper holder to the bathroom walls. There was no one manning the desk from 10 PM until 7 AM. ||||In all fairness, both the evening and morning attendants were very good, but they can only do so much wit

Roaches. The afternoon lady is extremely rude. There is a woman who lives on the 3rd floor and runs their hotel - she tells them who can and can’t have room beside hers. That is a no go for me - she is extremely loud.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen area clean. Nice basic place. Staff was always rude. Management and housekeeping went in our room while we were at grocery store and said we had too much stuff in our room and we had to leave. We still had a couple days on our reservation left. We just arrived the night before...this is an extended stay place... we had a couple of backpacks on the floor and a few of our daughters arts and crafts items on the bed at the time and we were told it was too much...??

This was not what I expected. I did this online reservation. $97 get here the ask for $97. Plus 50 deposit and I said its nothing here worth a deposit. I get to my room I clean the restroom I seen dirt hair mold i. The shower toilet seat was barley on the windows was filthy!!!!! The fridge was dirty and top it off my door wouldn't Lock
