Nice hotel, large lobby with plenty of seating. Breakfast didn't have non pork/ beef meat options. Staff friendly, maintenance came & replaced my AC unit was only putting out luke warm air. I appreciated an entire new unit!! Wish breakfast had more hot food & fresh fruit (not bruised bananas). I was not allowed a late checkout bc the hotel checks out @ noon :/ No soap offered in room other than one small bar soap. No soap dish for sink. Rooms were quiet on top floor, plenty of parking just be careful going up steep hill. Hidden $2/night fee charged in person. My online booking was $280's but in person was $290's bc online doesn't include the $2/night fee ..... excuse was bogus but what was I to do?

The front staff (Ex: Tina) was rude and matter of fact. Just got in from a long day of traveling to find that the room I reserved weeks ago was not ready. You're advised to call them if you are arriving at night. I called and was told to call back later because they were busy. An hour later the room was finally ready. Ended up having to run down to Chase for the RIDICULOUS $100 CASH deposit. Room was average at best. 1) The shower curtain was too short causing water to get on the floor of the bathroom. 2) The TV Remote only works if you click on the numbers. You cannot change the channel with the up and down arrows. 3) Floors appear to be developing some rust. It's brown, I don't think it's mildew. Just old. 4) Bed is uncomfortable. 5) The keys for my room initially did not work. I h

Front lobby service was good the ladies nice and attentive. Breakfast typical continental lacking flavor and choice. Coffee was ok. Indoor pool was nice and warm open until 10pm Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, curtains and walls could use a renovation but that could have been just our room Shower needs more water pressure hard to wash off with such low pressure. Parking is ample and free.

We stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday with the hope that she would be able to swim for the weekend. We called ahead to confirm that the pool was open and were told all is well. Upon arrival the pool area was littered with dirty socks that belonged to guests, towels, and the pool water was murky. There was a strong smell in the pool area as well. Even if the pool man didn’t clean the pool, there was no excuse for not having any towels or sending someone to check on the pool area and tidy up. This location robbed us of the opportunity to go somewhere else to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the GM did not make an effort to call me back to discuss my concerns. Very clean hotel and excellent service! Everything is up to date and in close proximity of stores and restaurants. FYI, the queen needs are more like a full size. Check out Kamados restaurant! The breakfast was delicious! They have waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes and other breakfast items. Shoutout to the African American gentleman who was working the breakfast bar on Sunday, February 15, 2026. He was nice enough to give me a box to bring breakfast to my room for my family and myself!
