Tru by Hilton Stockbridge

I love this hotel!!! Very clean and brand new! The front desk was nice, sweet and kind! The breakfast was amazing! Even though, we stayed one night, we will be back again and if not this location at another Tru! I am in Love! Tru is now in my top5 of hotels to stay at! Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for a two-night stay and never even got the chance to use the room because the hotel sold it to someone else. Despite this being completely their mistake, I was still charged in full. I have now disputed the charge three separate times and have gotten nowhere — no refund, no accountability, and no effort to make this right. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they acted like it was my problem and offered zero solutions or basic customer service. Being charged for a stay I never received is unacceptable. It was an overnight stay after a long flight into Atlanta for us however on arrival at the hotel the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. There was ample parking right outside and plenty luggage carts to get cases to our room. |The room was well appointed, bedding comfortable and soft and we had a good nights sleep. The hot water took a little time to come through in the shower however it got there in the end. ||Breakfast selection was excellent with cereals, toast, cooked offerings, fruit, pancakes and a nifty fresh yogurt machine. Coffee was piping hot and several fruit juices to choose from. Positive: Cleanliness and the free breakfast options Negative: The room-darkening blind in our room was stuck leaving about 2 feet at the bottom of a large window exposed. We reported the problem, but it was never addressed. So, our privacy was compromised. I expected better.

Tab from the kitchen!!!! She made my stay feel like I was at home. She was professional, warm and inviting. I felt like I was having breakfast with my cousins ❤️ The entire staff maintained friendliness and knowledge. The gym room was clean and all the equipment work. The rooms are tight, but they’re clean and comfortable. I also loved that they had a smart TV. I’ll be back!
