Holiday Inn & Suites Stockbridge/Atlanta I-75 by IHG

Thank you for making my stay more than pleasant. I was here for work and stayed for multiple months at this location, and the entire staff was consistently helpful, welcoming, and professional. I especially want to thank Chef J and Twin for always making sure my dinners were cooked and prepared with so much care and thought. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made a difference during my stay. The management and team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of, and I truly appreciated the positive atmosphere throughout my time here. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying for short or extended visits.

Been staying here since 2015. Great location if you are traveling and need a place to stop or here for business like me. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and are always ready to help with your needs. The best part is the restaurant and bar! The food is always great with amazing breakfast buffet. The bar tenders T, Nini and Moe are amazing!! They make you feel at home!! I would highly recommend!!

We stayed here 1 night on our way to the north Georgia mountains. We had stayed at the HIE at the next exit in 2024 and enjoyed Papi's for dinner. We were aware that we would have a short drive to dinner, but it was worth it! We took I-75 there and returned via the back roads and stopped by Kroger nearby for some snacks and beer. There were several people at the front desk, and we received a very welcoming arrival from all! I saw on the app that I had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. We were able to check in just after 3 p.m. Diamond parking spaces are just in front. |I am giving a 4 because of noise: road noise although not too bad after 10 p.m. until just before 7 a.m. plus the bathroom plumbing in the tub/shower was very loud. First off, the staff was great, customer service was up to standard. However, we were given a room, dropped off our luggage and left to visit family. When we got back that evening, we found tht the room had a water leak that started in the closet area but was big enough we felt the cleaning staff should have seen it. The room should have never been given to a guest. At first they wanted us to wait for a maintenance person to fix it, but my husband pointed out, that the carpet was wet, it was late and we just needed a different room. Which they did give us, and comped breakfast, so I feel the situation was handled satisfactorily, even though it was a bit of a pain. The breakfast was a weid blend of buffet and table service and we found the addition of green parsley and bits of fruit/peppers

Made a reservation for 2 nights . First night I knew I’d be late so I called to let them know . They said no problem your room has been assigned. Get there 1:45 . They say they just tried to call me to tell me that someone was in the room and they don’t have any other rooms . I found another Holiday inn 20 minutes away; explained my situation and they let me check in . Cool . The next day I go back to the hotel around 5:30 to check in and the lady tells me that both my reservations were canceled. If I stood in line and didn’t leave I could still get a room . I stood there and called around and couldn’t find another room . I had to wait till 9pm just to get a room .
