Holiday Inn Express and Suites Atlanta South Stockbridge, an IHG Hotel

As a platinum elite member of IHG, This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHG Holiday Inn express hotel. First of all my room did not have hot water and when they changed me to another room, that room didn’t have hot water either. When I went down to talk to the front desk about it, they said oh well when maintenance was in there, it was hot and when I told her that it wasn’t, she gave me attitude As if I was lying to her. when I asked for a refund, they said no, so then I got my bill and they was trying to charge me more for the room. I presented my online reservation receipt , the only thing they could do was say oh I will give you a discount. The manager and the general manager, both refuse the refund and was very rude. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this

What a beautiful hotel! It has the WOW factor in all ways. You are greated by a warm, caring staff member. Your room is quite large and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom towels and amenities are first class. The various breakfast offerings were presented in a crisp, clean and inviting way. The sausage gravey and biscuts were delish! But an array of other, more healthy options, were available. The fresh ground and roasting coffee machine was a great way to start the day. Our breakfast hostess had a professional look and care for the area. Check out was easy breezy. The felt pleased with the nightly rate, based on the fine stay we so enjoyed.

Please be aware of bias behavior from owner of this hotel Autumn is her name and she doesn't know how to talk with customers nor train her staff properly, .They always have a problem checking me in through a third party source. It my right to find a lower rate. Autumn always stick up for non compliance behavior from her staff and some of staff advised me of this so beware of this hotel.

Honestly this place is a gem. Definitely very new and well kept. One of the nicest holiday inns I have stayed at. Room was very clean with a comfy bed and nice TV. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Will 1000% come back to this hotel when I stay in the area.

The manager, Chef J, was outstanding — professional, attentive, and truly committed to making sure everything ran smoothly. The bartender, Lulu, was fantastic as well, always friendly and making sure we had everything we needed.
