Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Atlanta Stockbridge

I have been here before and the customer service does not disappoint! In my recent stay Kenya + Cathy made me feel like family and as if I were home. The way I was greeted and talked to was what I wish other hotels strived for. They are completely helpful and attentive. Wish there was better breakfast options but overall A++

What a lovely stay. Check in was smooth and quick. Ms Cathy and Ms Kenya was overly nice and sweet to us and our boys. They are true gems. Customer service of this level is hard to find these days and they do it so well. We travel a lot for tournaments and this is our new hotel home when in the area. Grounds are clean, rooms are updated and clean. Hotel smells fresh and just an overall good experience. Def will be returning ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Positive: Location, price, spacious rooms and storage, breakfast options, ample parking on a Friday night. Staff was amazing during check-in/out and in between. Bathroom, bedding, floors, and carpets were clean. Negative: Found a pair of mens' boxer briefs and a comb from previous guests in the room after we had unpacked. Doors do not have hydraulic hinges and slam loudly. At this price just outside Atlanta, I'm happy that's the only negatives to report.

I have worked at 3,4 and 5 star hotels for 15 years in Orlando, Florida.|I've been in every position from night auditor to front desk manager.|When my friend and I checked in, a wonderful young lady by the name of Tara Camden greeted us with a warm smile and amazing voice. Tara's front desk skills were flawless! Her composure and "attention to detail" were incredible! She has the gift of performing "naturally" at what she does. It is clearly evident that she "loves" taking care the guest from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend that the hotel management seriously consider give her the position of "front desk trainer".|Keep up the great job Tara! One day you will make an awsome manager!|Robert F.

Although we were disappointed that they do not have a hot tub, we were thrilled with the service from their breakfast manager, Jovita. Her cooking and presentation was excellent, and the coffee was the best hotel coffee we’ve had in a while. In addition, she was able to assist members of our team with their celiac dietary needs, presenting them with gluten-free chocolate muffins, which she provided warmed and fresh. This was the first time we experienced such excellent service for people diagnosed with celiac. We will definitely return to this location whenever we are working in the Atlanta area.
