I came in town to meet up with some long time friends of mine. Once I arrived at the hotel I was swiftly greeted by Ms Rebecca and her contagious smile. As she was checking me in she was ingaging in conversation while going over the nice things about the new hotel. She was very knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. I must say her customer service skills were on point. The whole staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. It is a new hotel so it was very nice and clean at all times! I definitely will visit this place again and highly recommend it to my friends, colleagues and family. Ms. Rebecca thank you for setting the tone for me and my friends to have great stay.

I just want to say that this is a hotel I am definitely going to keep in mind when I visit again! First Ms. Kim was the most awesome guest host upon arrival. She always had a smile and spoke whenever we saw her. When there was a need she made sure we were straight and when there was a complaint she made to sure to fix it (which it wasn't but one and it wasn't a real complaint just an observance...lol). The rest of the staff from maintenance, maid service, and other guest host were all friendly but she stuck out the most. The rooms where very clean, nice size, and very efficient. I only have one notice but I wasn't even going to knock off a star because of it, the doors in this hotel do not close back tightly so you do have to make sure your door is closed and locked before leaving th

This stay was honestly top shelf. The service staff on the second shift specifically were extremely helpful and courteous. They ensured all questions we had were answered and any concerns were addressed. The main reason I gave this location a four star is due to the fact that I have stayed at other home2suites and these locations had pool toys and board games for the kids. This location did not have any type of pool toys or any type of games for the kids. I did make sure I mentioned this to the hotel staff as this would make a stay with four children a lot more enjoyable for any parent. A special thanks to Kim and Rebecca for all of your kindness.

This is a very well maintained location. There are two dog areas which is a nice option. Our room key did not work the morning we were checking out. We were able to get into the building but not our room. After a few trips to the front desk the staff determined it was a dying lock battery. We were finally able to get checked out. Everyone was responsive to our dilemma however there was no solution at the time.

Had a great experience here. Visited on the way to and from our Christmas roadtrip. Both stays were excellent. We were traveling with our baby and dog so it was very convenient to have a room with a kitchen and couch. The pack and play was already set up in our room. There’s also plenty of areas to take your dog outside with doggy bags available. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will visit again.
