Quality Inn & Suites Stockbridge Atlanta South I-75

The front desk clerk, Anna, was rude and unresponsive to my questions during check-in. After entering my room, I noticed that the sheets and comforter had visible urine stains. I immediately went back to the lobby to report the issue. Instead of handling the matter professionally, Anna responded rudely and told me that I needed to remove the sheets and comforter myself and bring them to the lobby in order to receive replacements. I declined and requested that housekeeping replace the bedding, as I believe that is the appropriate procedure. Thankfully, the housekeeper who assisted me was polite and apologetic, which I appreciated. However, due to the condition of the room and the poor customer service at the front desk, I chose to check out after only a few hours and moved to another hote

I came in early from a long drive out. The hotels gave me trouble booking in early, so I went to quality Inn and Bridget was the front desk clerk. She welcomed me in with a warm welcome. She takes her job very seriously she’s very business oriented and professional she has great customer service. She checked me in with no hassle. She also made sure I had a room downstairs so I didn’t have to do all the walking up and down the stairs this is where I will stay every time. I’m in town. They have a new customer. Another thing they don’t come trying to kick you out at 10 o’clock or trying to walk in your room early before checkout time trying to put you out so that was a plus they got great hot breakfast. Everything was freshly made. The rooms was clean. Housekeeping was very nice as well.

Hotel was top tier location was perfect Bridgette spectacular customer service I will definitely be back and recommending everyone to stay very clean rooms friendly staff great experience

Nice hotel. Company I work for put me here for the night and was pleased with the room. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The company took 3+ hours to come pick me up after checkout and the front desk staff we're nice enough to let me stay in the front lobby without argument. Great customer service and nice room. I recommend!

I was in room 122. The room was clean, smelled good, and Was super cozy. The bed was very comfortable. I was hesitant at first from other reviews. But I will say my experience here was very good. I would 100% come back to this hotel if in the area again.
