SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wenatchee

This hotel really stands out in a competitive landscape of hotels catering to families and business travelers for extended stays. The suites were spacious and very clean. The staff at the check-in desk were thoughtful and polite. Even in the face of staffing shortages, as a guest it was not felt. This weekend there was some sort of youth hockey event and the hotel was overrun by young players, but in the sanctuary of our room, we didn’t even notice. The staff also made an effort to recognize Valentine’s Day and my birthday with a kind note and welcome basket. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling through eastern Washington or even wanting to visit Leavenworth for an extended period of time. Keep it up!

Our stay was ok. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was clean. Only complaints were 1) The window shades in the room weren’t long enough to cover the window, so bright lights from the neighboring businesses were shinning in our eyes while in bed. We had to block the gap with pillows which shouldn’t be necessary. And 2) bed comfort should have been better for this higher priced hotel compared to others that we’ve stayed at in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights and 4 days, and I can confidently say it deserves all 5 stars. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious, and every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location felt safe, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service from Brittany and Theresa. They were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home — friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and top-tier service, this hotel is the one. Brittany and Theresa deserve all the recognition for making our stay so special

This was the first time staying at a Marriott hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how well they handled sanitizing during this pandemic. All staff wore masks. Sanitizer in many locations throughout. Tables in the breakfast area were sanitized and labeled as such after each guest. Breakfast food very good. We didn’t get a chance to try the evening food but very nice that it was offered. We enjoyed the evening coffee/tea that was available. Room was beautifully decorated and layout was very nice. Our only complaint was that there was a hole where one of the two towel hooks was and the shelf over the bathroom sink was loose. All which can easily be remedied. We hope all Springhill Suites by Marriott are as good. Overall a great place for our 4 nights in Wenatchee!

We had a wonderful New Year holiday staying with you. When we were leaving, we accidentally forgot our daughter’s stuffed toy, Pooh, in the room. We truly appreciate the housekeeping team for keeping it safe and kindly sending it back to us. During the days Pooh stayed with you, he worked very hard in exchange for accommodation — helping to wash towels and even vacuum the floor (with photos as proof!). Thank you very much for giving us such lovely memories. We truly appreciate it.
