Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee

I have stayed here multiple times and am so disappointed and moving my business stays to Marriott. ||Your desk manager Karissa should not be in customer service let alone a manager. I have witnessed her berating guests and being extremely condescending while I was eating breakfast. She speaks very loud and can be heard over the breakfast noise. I asked for the managers information because I wanted to write an email about my "great stay" and she told me she is the manager and thanked my for letting her know, never offered and email address. I stopped calling to ask for 30 minute late check out even though I'm a diamond member as she always has a snarky remark. It's nice the days she isn't there. ||I cannot believe the way I've overheard her speaking to other workers. How do you have employ

The pluses: Beautiful location right on the river and close to The Pybus Market. Rooms are comfortable and fairly clean. The downsides: they charge for parking which is ridiculous for the location. It’s not like a big city hotel where parking is at a premium so charging to park seems greedy. The HVAC is noisy. I’ve stayed in a few different rooms in this hotel and the sound is comparable in all the rooms so it was not just an issue with one room. It’s great that the hotel is pet friendly but the pet fee is astronomical-$75. Check-in was okay and not welcoming at all. We checked in on Christmas night and there was not a holiday greeting or pleasant hello. It felt like the clerk was doing us a favor by letting us stay here. All in all a decent spot but be prepared to be charged for thing

I had a great experience at the Hilton, and a big part of that was thanks to Miranda behind the bar. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole atmosphere welcoming from the moment I sat down. Miranda was quick with drinks, knowledgeable about the menu, and clearly knows how to take care of her guests. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it really shows in the service she provides. If you’re staying at the Hilton or just stopping by the bar, I highly recommend grabbing a drink from Miranda. She truly made my visit memorable.

I thought I lost my credit card and called the the front desk. They took my phone number in case they found it. About 10 minutes later I found it. Thought about calling to let them know but assumed forgot about it 5 seconds after hanging up the phone and I would just be bugging them. I should have called. They did not forget. They looked everywhere and pulled the CCTV to verify I had put it in my bag. I got a call about an hour later informing me. I told them I was grateful and sorry for all the trouble. Their response, “we are here to serve you. Thanks for staying with us!” And I could tell they meant it.

Why would you charge your handicap guests for parking who's staying at your hotel . How rude. Your already getting a good price you charge for rooms but to charge for parking ??? Why was this not disclosed to us before we booked . We would of found someplace else to stay . All the places we have stayed through the US we have never ever been charged for parking . Its totally uncalled for and just speaks volumes for greed .
