Clarion Pointe Wenatchee

Good location by restaurants. Room was ok, no bad smells and the beds were comfortable with comfy pillows. A lot of stuff under the bed, so there is no deep cleaning happening in the rooms. My kids accidentally left behind plushies they sleep with and they were immediately stolen by people who clean the rooms. They say they keep a lost in found, but then they just placate you while telling you they will look for it. So just make sure you don’t accidentally leave anything behind because you will never see it again :( STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Since the business changed it seems like they changed alot pillows were smaller beds seem smaller and softer. The pool was extremely cold so no one wanted to swin we were told it was heated ans warm but wasn't. Other than those things it was a pleasant stay there were some things that we did missabout thebold ownership but other then that ok

We love that the hotel is dog friendly. The front desk staff is always friendly too. We stayed in the kitchenette with the small electric stove this time and unfortunately there was one very small mini frying pan, but no cooking utensils, no dish soap or paper towels or dish soap or sponge. There was one coffee cup. We called the front desk and they brought us some dish soap and a sponge and 2 bowls, and 2 plates. But we still had no way to even cook soup or anything for that matter. The room should not be advertised as a kitchenette since it did not have the ability to be used as a kitchenette.

Very clean with friendly professional staff. We brought our dogs and there was a great area for pet relief would have loved a small fenced area though. We missed morning breakfast and didn’t get much opportunity to enjoy the pool and hot tub but spent a short time cooling off and found the pool clean and spacious! ||For the price we will return again!

What a beautiful room & a wonderful long stay at the Clarion Pointe hotel where I was able to do laundry, swim in the inside pool, soak in the hot tub & there's a killer breakfast with awesome staff & luxury linens & housekeeping! I loved the two queen room with refrigerator & microwave & a desk & chair to write & another chair to put on my shoes on! there is a huge (for a hotel) closet for my clothing & hot water in the bathtub yay! It was especially wonderful at breakfast, the staff, Tracy did an excellent job making it well stocked, I mean abundant & clean. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my lifetime & worked 35 years in customer service/sales arena & as a choice rewards member I can say she is fantastic, the kitchen food area was always spotless & everything fresh - I saw a lot of p
