avid hotel Wenatchee, an IHG Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at avid hotel Wenatchee! The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the included amenities are excellent. Free EV charging is such an amazing convenience at a hotel, really great planning by those who designed the place. On that note, the layout of the rooms is a little bit different from other hotels and the placement of everything seems so intentional. No random chair facing the bed, built-in lights, outlets, and USB charging in the nightstands, neatly organized compartments for a safe, fridge, iron, ironing board, and hooks for hanging things all around the room. They did keep the usual desk and chair with a light above it, but it fits nicely with the rest of the layout. One more thing about the room, the TV can stream content from your phone! Also, free break

We stayed at Avid hotel during our trip in Wenatchee before Thanksgiving. It was a really sweet and lovely experience for me and my family. The hotel stands in a very convenient and safe location, the deco outside and inside is consistently haimish and comfortable, the room is functional and cozy, the service is satisfying and pleasant. When we were having breakfast in the morning, Mr. Paul, the manager of the hotel, walked over to us (and everyone else) and checked on our experience in a very friendly and respectful manner. Overall, we felt warmed and welcomed by the team and we’d love to revisit it next time. |Highly recommend it.

Positive: It was very clean. Negative: The breakfast section was a joke. If it were better, we may come back, but I loathe powered eggs, which were cold, along with the potatoes. The sausage the first day was ok, but the second day they served bacon crumbles.

Stayed two nights on a vacation trip. 488.00 after the misc charges that added up quick. Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, no creepers hanging around the place. Well lit parking lot. Cons: Overpriced for what it is. Colors used for the place and rooms are ugly. If you like the flat feather type pillows this is your place. No fan only option for the room thermostat. Breakfast that starts at 7 was out of food at 7:30 both days. It seems they plan the breakfast on about 20 people eating by the amount of food put out. The staffing to clean and keep things supplied was inadequate. So if the hotel is full like it was when I was there, good luck getting your included breakfast and I clean place to sit. Still waiting for my required 50.00 supprise security deposit to be refunded a day later. You also

Paul was extremely friendly and welcoming, not only to us but our dog! The hotel offered hot breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Not to mention, great price! This is definitely going to be my go to when visiting Leavenworth.
