Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel

We only stayed overnight, but thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Our room had a few outdated things, but otherwise the beds were very comfortable, the view of the mountains and the city...spectacular. The staff was very nice, and extremely accommodating with my physical limitations. The pillows could have been better, but the indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful for an early January visit. Unfortunately though, the hot tub was way too hot.. maybe 6+, and we like it hot, but couldn't stay in it for long. That whole indoor area is lovely. They have great parking, easy access, right in the heart of the city, close to several restaurants we wanted to go to, as well as only a couple blocks from Plybus Marketplace, which is great to visit and walk along the river there. Dirty- mold filled room. Our stay at this hotel was less than desirable. The room was dirty, outdated and smelled since we arrived. The room had condensation in the windows so bad that we couldn’t see out the window. Upon bringing it up with the staff, they did not even apologize. My 4 year old developed a full body rash after staying here which the doctors attribute to toxic mold exposure. The hotel staff has yet to offer a refund or even an apology. You are better off staying at a local motel which would be nicer than this hotel. The breakfast also consists of granola bars and yogurts.

I loved the location next to the conference center and the performing arts center. Almost everything about the hotel was great. Large, comfortable, clean room was great. Big, fluffy towels and great bedding made us feel like royalty. We liked wandering the neighborhood, exploring restaurants and local shops.

First time in Wenatchee… will not be staying here again. I booked for a price, then upon arrival was charged more. I proceeded to let this go…. The room was eh, felt decently clean. Double queen did not have a microwave and felt outdated with some nasty water spots on the ceiling. The pool/hot tub hours were great. 10pm for kids and midnight for adults. However, the kids after 10pm rule was not enforced. AT ALL. Even after bringing attention to the front desk when a few kids were dunking 10-20 towels into the pool, leaving us with no towels. The staff could not care less. Not to mention the inside hot tub was so hot it could burn your skin clean off. The outside hot tub was great. Overall, do yourself a favor and skip the hotel. We definitely will be.
