Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

I had such a wonderful experience checking in, thanks to Gigi! From the moment I arrived, she was infectiously cheerful, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her warm personality immediately made me feel welcome after a long day of travel. She handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear she truly cares about providing great service, and her positive attitude really set the tone for my visit. The hotel is lucky to have her at the front desk!

I went with some friends early this month to stay in this amazing hotel (before all the flooding). Right from our first steps into the hotel we were greeted by Amanda at the front desk. Throughout our stay she was a lovely person to run into and incredibly helpful for any questions we had. There was always a friendly person at the front desk, no matter the time. There were two occasions where we had left behind some items in the pool room (the hot tub is incredible) and they were kind enough to find and keep them for us until we could come grab them. ||The breakfast self serve was delicious, and the lobby is beautiful. Great location on downtown Wenatchee. There is a coffee machine provided free coffee or hot chocolate on lobby, staff is nice and friendly. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, the indoor pool and spa is the highlight in the cold winter for guests here. Family friendly. The breakfast is great as well, pancake, waffle, hash browns, bacon, eggs, and so on. Generally great experience for two nights of stay!

Our experience here has been great! We’ve received nothing but friendly service. The rooms are clean. The heated pool and hot tub are so nice. We stayed here to go to Leavenworth and the drive there is a straight shot. Our trip hasn’t gone as planned so we booked an extra night to be able to stay one more night and try to find something things other things to do and we are pleased to stay here for another night.

There are way better hotels in Wenatchee than this place. This was my second stay at this BW+, and I am a BW rewards member and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. The first stay was pretty bad, but I believe in second chances. Don't remember seeing such disregard and couldn't-care-less about customers anywhere ever.|Got in about 10 pm the first night, not a parking spot ANYWHERE. Was told to park my car along a curb somewhere and pray that it doesn't get smacked. And I wasn't the last person to check in that night. It was a mess. |Breakfast is pretty bad, but being that it was included, it is what it is. There are only about 6 tables, so many people had to stand and hold their plates while they ate.
