Red Lion Hotel Wenatchee City Center

The staff here have been amazing. They probably quite literally have one of the best breakfasts in town right now. The rooms are super sound barrier I do not hear excessive noise unless I go out into the Hall. Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond to work on my reservation and get it all worked out for my long-term stay. Bobby at the front desk is always super friendly and cheerful when greeting me. Darius who works the breakfast and front desk is really polite and a nice person to deal with when I have questions. How tall is a little dated but well kept with the cleanliness is good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.|The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality and service provided, and the location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient to get around.|Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. I especially appreciated the lady in the breakfast area, she kept everything very clean, well organized, and constantly refilled the food so nothing ever ran out. Her hard work really stood out.|Overall, a great experience with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Positive: Great location, and the staff were friendly, and professional. Great job to the woman who checked us in! Negative: The hotel was great, room size, location, and staff. The only issue is that due to the hotels age, the “old Las Vegas” odor (stale cigarettes and/or years of unventilated ac) have left a lingering smell. Not horrible, but not great either.

The front desk team was welcoming and friendly when we arrived 😊. Our room was quite spacious, which was nice, but it felt a bit outdated despite the modern look of the building from the outside 🏨. That was a little disappointing. We also ran into a few issues — the bathtub didn’t drain very well, and the hot water wasn’t consistent 🚿. Our room had a connecting door to the next one, and unfortunately it wasn’t soundproof at all. We could clearly hear the family next door and even smell the food they were cooking 🍳. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not without some drawbacks.

Stayed with the Special Olympics basketball team. Everybody at the hotel was super friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I could really complain about is that the building needs a little bit of TLC. That being said everything was fantastic. Thank you again for welcoming the Special Olympics.
