Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee by IHG

Staff was nice at first when we checked in, but our experience changed at checkout. We were about 40 minutes past checkout and the staff became rude and threatened to charge us extra immediately instead of just politely reminding us. The room was okay, but it was disappointing that the TV didn’t have Netflix and there were no convenient charging ports like most modern hotels have now. Overall the stay was average, but the checkout experience left a bad impression.

Positive: The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making us feel welcome. A special highlight for my husband was the delicious cookies they served in the evening—it was such a thoughtful and cozy touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Negative: One minor issue that wasn’t as enjoyable was the noise level, we could clearly hear doors closing and people talking in the hallways, which made it difficult to relax.

This is our third stay at this particular hotel. We are so impressed with the customer service of the entire staff! They always make us feel so welcome! The breakfast food is better than the higher end hotels we’ve stayed at. And every part of this place is clean and well cared for!

The Holiday Inn on N Wenatchee Ave has been home to a number of my staff over the past 5+ months,and I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The staff consistently go above and beyond — they’re professional, friendly, and attentive. The manager, Tiffany, is fantastic — always kind, professional, and genuinely committed to great service. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the property is well maintained, and everything runs efficiently. Oh, and dont let me foreget THE COMPLIMENTARY DINNER!! This aspect alone sets them apart from any other hotel we've stayed at. Whether you’re in Wenatchee for business or leisure, this hotel truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights - 4 families w/ 8 kids and had an amazing time. We arrived on NYE and stayed till Jan 2nd, the hotel staff were extraordinary and ensured we were fully comfortable. Loved the heated pool and spa and the beautiful lobby space. We got to spend playing board games in the lobby upto wee hours in the morning . They offer hot breakfast, dinner and fresh baked cookies every day! Highly recommend staying here and we are sure to come back again.
