SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milford

We traveled from out of state for a funeral and chose this dump. We reserved a suite for 6 guests. It started off well as far as the check-in, but once we got to the room disappointment set in. As soon as we walked in it smelled like a man’s cheap cologne ( as if someone was JUST, there). The toilet seat was filthy, as if someone hadn’t showered and sat on it. The shower was filthy, mold on the shower curtain and the soap dish looks as if it was forgotten about since last year. The towel bar was coming off of the wall near the sink. We had 4 towels in the bathroom, and 3 hand towels and 3 washcloths by the sink. We couldn’t call down to the reception desk so we had my daughter/niece walk downstairs. They were given a hard time just to get 2 more towels and 3 more hand towels/wash cloths. T

Stayed for one Saturday night. Check in was smooth. Hotel is safe, clean, and right off the highway (with no noise). Breakfast was great, and the staff kept the area clean and running at a high level with refills.||Jaeda checked us in and she was so very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Certainly she is one of the top staff members at this hotel. Thank you.

Well kept hotel. Very clean. The front desk staff was welcoming and explained everything well. My room was beautiful. I love listening to cars and trucks on the highway. Conventually location off of highway. One of my go to hotels when staying overnight in CT. For folks who desire to have cocktails, they have a bar too. Loved the suites setup with the little kitchennette, living room space with a separate TV and desk. Thank you for making my birthday celebration weekend special.❤️🎉

There is no pool at this hotel. The photos shown in the reviews are not from this location. Be prepared for significant noise from youth ice hockey teams, especially on holiday weekends from October through March. Review your folio carefully at checkout. I was incorrectly charged for several pantry items.
