Red Roof Inn Milford - New Haven

I really enjoyed my stay at the red roof Inn. The front desk receptionist was very professional, patient and polite. The only issue that I had was that they’re were a few red stains on the bathroom floor I had a great time, the rooms were clean, they did a great job doing snow removal and putting down salt. Also, I had no issue with the Internet, many places that I go to have Internet issues And this motel did not. Also, I was happy that it took less than 24 hours to get my $50 incidental fee fees because I’ve gone to some places and we have to wait over a month to get your $100 back. The next thing is that I was able to bring my guest over without any issues

Positive: This hotel should charge less for the room. Negative: The first thing I noticed was that there were no soaps anywhere. I had to go to the front office/desk to ask for soap.

Bed comfortable, clean and comfortable beds. The area was a bit sketchy. Without my husband no would not have felt safe.

Just want to start off by saying that the red roof staff was like family when I stayed there. For unfortunate circumstances I was there a little longer than the average stay They were always courteous and kind The room was always clean and the staff always available for anything that was needed. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and a home away from home this is the place to go.

Great staff. My room was very quiet. Rooms are large and equip with ftig and microwave. Decor is old and outdated but I find it quaint. Plenty of parking.
