Milford Inn CT

There is something very strange about this hotel. I stopped by several times and each time nobody would answer the door. The office is never occupied even during normal checkout hours. They don’t answer the phones and even when the parking lot is empty they still won’t answer the door bell or ring camera. I question if it’s because they don’t want to book to people of color or if it’s just a sketchy business covering something up. But I’ve been multiple times trying to get any form of information and each time I go it’s never any people of color or different races there.

Nothing special here, but I did sleep well. No fridge, microwave, or even shampoo, but the older building seemed to be maintained. The People were nice, and even though it is right off the highway with a truck stop behind it, it was surprisingly quite. Caution to parents of minors: PLAYBOY channel is part of the TV lineup.

Came by a few weeks to ask about a room ring the bell a few times and waited patiently and then finally a women came out a motel room and said with an attitude what do you went i replied a room please and she said we don't have any and slammed the door she came out of. Not sure how you had no rooms available when you didn't even check in your computer system. Need better service

Stopped in to get details on rooms prices etc as they don’t answer the phone sign says open office note says to ring door bell for service rang it twice no one came sat in my vehicle and waited as it was cold and snowing saw a lady go inside she met me at the door and said “What do I want abruptly with a hug attitude I told her I want to know about getting a room etc was told We don’t got any as she pulled the door closed without another word seemed very rude and will not go back as it was not a very welcoming experience and a little strange to say the least to not let a potential customer go into a motel to ask about there motel rooms for current or future dates

This place is very awesome especially the managers and the staff who run the place are fantastic. They have a great policy when it comes to pets and they don't price gouging you like other places could. I stayed there for several weeks and I would definitely recommend it. They were great during covid-19, imagine how better it would be when this is all over. My hat's off off to them I thank them I wish them well stay there if you can it's great!!!
