Hilton Garden Inn Milford

Am here for business every other weekend. Check-in is a breeze, free wifi, lots of movies apps to choose from. There is Lots of free parking. Giovanna is always the consummate professional. Polite and respectful and very knowledgeable about the hotel and immediate surroundings. They are other hotels in the area but I always choose Hilton because of the cleanliness, parking, support staff, and amenities. There is free parking and a short distance to the highway; also it’s fifteen minutes from New Haven, CT. Milford is also a beach side town.

Hotel very clean, safe, staff were all super friendly. Breakfast was very good. (note if you include Breakfast when reserving, at least thru AAA rate, you get a nice price)|On the first part of our trip, we stayed at Hampton Mystic, so when we got here, we realized what a much nicer stay this was.|Definite Recommendation

Positive: Staff was very helpful. Cooked to order breakfast and waitress was outstanding. Negative: Extra firm beds. Made our backs hurt. Being extra firm probably means it's good for longevity but not so pleasant for the customer. It would be a better compromise to have medium firmness beds.

Strengths: ||Location of the property is convenient, just off I-95.||Lobby is welcoming and mostly up to date. Hallways are clean. Room HVAC worked fine. Bed, pillows, bedding were all clean and comfortable. ||Bathroom was appropriately supplied, and the Internet and TV worked. Fridge in the room was handy.||Free parking.||Weaknesses:||Bathroom needs a serious update. Shower door in our room was janky, toilet paper holders wouldn’t stay in place, and there does not appear to much in the way of ventilation. ||The condition of the property especially on the exterior needs serious attention. Peeling paint. Sections of the exterior, like the patio outside the pool, are in very rough shape and crumbling. Parts of the parking lot are choppy and it appears that the electric car chargers are all o
