SpringHill Suites by Marriott Danbury

We stayed here for one night after a ski trip about 20 minutes away, and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they even helped us with a late checkout the next morning. Breakfast was complimentary and hot — coffee, eggs, drinks — simple but good and exactly what we needed. The room was spacious with two beds and a pull-out couch (more space than we needed, so we used the couch just to relax). We also checked out the 24-hour gym, which was a plus. Overall, a very comfortable stay. We would definitely come back if we ski in the area again.

This hotel is a great spot for a relaxing, casual stay. There’s a fitness room, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Prices are also very fair. I’d recommend this place if you want an affordable accommodation.

4.5 stars. Nice hotel. Quiet. Comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and I had a great stay. I never made it to breakfast so I can't comment although these free breakfasts shouldn't be mentioned in reviews anyway. If I am back in the area I would certainly stay again. I enjoyed the quiet comfortable days I was here.

Our stay at the property was good. We enjoyed the convenient location amongst all the cities restaurants and attractions. We were not so satisfied with the initial front desk service we received from Laura, she was not very accommodating when we first arrived, however, she did change course after a few minutes. The bag breakfast was not the most tasty so in the future will probably make plans to go out for breakfast. Aside from that, the space was extremely clean and organized and we really appreciate it two TVs in the room.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as expected. The light switch set up was a bit awkward. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I believe it was Lendita that was taking care of the dining area and she was very helpful. I was a little upset that they didn't have meat for breakfast every day and also that they didn't have a pancake or waffle maker on the days we were there.
