Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury

We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely be back. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The hotel and our room were incredibly clean, comfortable, and inviting. It was exactly what we were hoping for in a quick getaway. A special shout-out to William, who was an absolute pro and made our arrival seamless and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. Brittany was also wonderful and followed up so thoughtfully, which we really appreciated. We live in NYC and like to escape for a few days here and there, and this hotel was perfect for that. Great atmosphere, great team, and a really pleasant overall experience. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning soon!

We had an amazing stay at HZD! We stayed there for our wedding weekend and Sarah was so friendly and helpful in helping us book and make a wedding block. The staff were so kind and left us a bottle of prosecco an a sweet congratulatory note. The hotel was also clean and decorated beautifully especially with the holiday decor. Can’t wait to go back!!

Positive: Location was good for us. Negative: Front desk person was rude and had an attitude. We were not told the restaurant was separate and we could not charge to our room. I asked about an unused room where I could sit for a zoom meeting. I was told they don?t have business meeting rooms. They do

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day Weekend and it was the most beautiful hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, the restaurant, Terra, inside the hotel was DELICIOUS, and the service was top tier. The lovely receptionist, Valentina, had the most welcoming and beautiful smile, remembering us each time we came in! She gave us plenty of recommendations during our stay and made us feel at home. We absolutely would love to return and recommend this to anyone visiting CT!

Esthetically pleasing hotel in a nice location but nothing much else going on. Stayed here for a wedding and honestly I had high expectations especially for the price but I left a bit disappointed. Big one... no breakfast.... there was a small continental set up in the lobby but even that was disappointing.... and the restaurant inside does not open for breakfast so there's that. Very beautiful hotel with friendly, polite staff. Spacious rooms but lacked amenities like a microwave, condiments for tea/ coffee, nothing informational about the area. Walls are paper thin so sleep was interrupted during the entire stay with adults talking in the halls (normal indoor voice) or by the housekeeping staff cleaning rooms or ppl in the rooms above walking about.
