Hampton Inn Danbury

We chose Hampton by Hilton for one very important reason — our very spoiled Goldendoodle is welcome there. 🐶✨ And let me tell you… they did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming (to all of us — including the four-legged VIP). The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Traveling with a dog can sometimes feel stressful, but Hampton made it easy. Plenty of space, a comfortable stay, and that reliable, consistent quality you can count on. Bonus points for the breakfast — always a win! 🧇☕ If you’re traveling with a furry family member and want a place that feels easy, comfortable, and genuinely pet-friendly, Hampton is a fantastic choice. Two thumbs up from us… and two paws up from our Goldendoodle! 🐾

A nice stay - initially was concerned room 117 would be loud as it was near elevators and lobby, but no issue at all. Smallish bathroom but comfortable bed. We traveled with 2 dogs and the pet area was clean and well lit.

When we checked in I was told about all of the amenities. While having dinner. I received a text if I needed anything else. I asked for two extra towels and two pillows. By the time I returned from dinner they were waiting for me. The hot tub was awesome. I could have stated it all day. This hotel is definitely one that I will be returning to.

I cannot understand the positive reviews for this hotel. I've been traveling for business for almost 30 years and have probably stayed at more than 40 different Hampton Inns, and this one was by far the worst. It's an embarrassment to the brand and should be bulldozed or sold to a lower tier chain. I don't blame the people working there - they seemed fine. The building and the rooms are just crappy in every possible way. I felt like I was staying in a Motel 6. Stay away if you're expecting the typical level of Hampton Inn quality.
