Courtyard by Marriott Danbury

From the moment we checked in, all staff members were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection of breakfast items to order from the restaurant in the morning and the service was great. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

I booked directly through the courtyard website using my AAA discount. I called the courtyard service line while doing so to ensure I did everything correctly. When using the AAA discount the website removes the breakfast package and I was told by customer service that I could add it upon arriving for $17 for the entire room. That was not true and the local manager would not honor that, nor would the 800-customer service line. However, I was told if I used a 3rd party reservation like booking.com, that their customer service would have been better able to help. AKA- book through a third party!! I ended up having to buy breakfast à la carte, which ended up costing an extra $40 a day for my family.

Hotel staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and friendly. A+ service! Rooms were very clean - overall the hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. Room was spacious enough for our needs - we had an adjoining room with my best friend for her wedding and it was perfect for getting ready with hair and makeup. The room did a great job at keeping out noise which was especially helpful during sleep! Overall a great experience.

Stayed here overnight. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. As a woman traveling alone, this is very important to me. I ordered via Door Dash for dinner and the front desk kept it behind the desk for me while I was having a glass of wine at the bar. I missed breakfast in the morning (not included in the room rate), and the woman at the counter gave me something to go, to tide me over. Truly excellent service. My room was clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stay at a Marriott property multiple times on a monthly basis. This property was very clean, great staff, excellent location with many dining options in the area in addition to neighboring tenants including Orange Theory fitness. I used the gym which had 3 treadmills in addition to other cardio equipment. Each treadmill had a clean towel folded in placed in the cupholders. I did not use the indoor pool, but I walked by and each chair had a towel perfectly positioned for its guest. Great attention to detail. King bedroom had a nice couch area with ottoman and a very large desk/counter space with Refrigerator and microwave. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant. Lobby is great looking with many seating areas. Rooms and overall property is completely renovated.
