Marriott Hotel in Danbury Connecticut

Rooms r not bad, but it is on a busy street . I asked for a quiet room, and got a room faced road way:((( was not able to sleep at night, bcz Cars runs all night, and u can hear them very well. Check in time was disappointing the most. There was a guy who was trying to help ppl out, and I believe manager Emily, who didn’t get out till someone in a line started calling someone else to help front desk guy out. Very unusual. And she saw that there is a line to check in. She also does not look at marriott status, no upgrades or welcome gifts/waters or complimentary breakfast. Housekeeper in elevator start telling me how she is tired and want to go home….why? Pool is super small, for 2 ppl max. Breakfast is not included, my bad I didn’t check, but i was sure that all courtyards serve completel

Rooms were nice and comfortable. The bed was a bit too firm for me and I was right next to the elevator, which partially led to very little sleep over my multiple night stay. The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and professional.

Noise travels extremely well in the rooms; you will hear everything anyone does in the halls, the nearby rooms, etc. Don't expect a peaceful night.

Our stay was terrible. I travel quite a bit for business and personally and this was the worst experience I have had. We had no hot water for two of the four nights. Worse, the hotel failed to notify us in any way -- no text, email (despite the fact that they have all of our contact information), or even a simple sign anywhere in the lobby or elevator. We were unable to shower for three days. I could not wait to get home on Sunday so I could shower and wash my hair. Worse than camping. The GM, John Agabey, was rude and dismissive. Not what I would expect at a Marriott in a first world country.

We needed an overnight in a safe, clean, comfortable room and this was perfect.
