Comfort Inn & Suites Danbury-Bethel

Check in was smooth and easy thanks to Lesly at the front desk. She gave us recommendations on nearby food and restaurants that she enjoys. She was very helpful throughout our stay and she’s made this one of my best hotel experiences. Breakfast was hot and tasty and the coffee was pretty strong. Rooms were clean but I was a little confused about how the light switches work, thankfully, Lesly helped me out. Overall I had a great stay.

George the front desk clerk was so nice!! He was so professional and caring. Even went to our room and made sure everything was all set because the hotel was sold out the night before. He also gave us the location on the first floor we wanted. Also, the room was very clean so the cleaning crew does and excellent job.

**Disappointing Experience** I was quite disappointed during my recent stay. Unfortunately, several basic amenities were unavailable, such as waffles, milk, and white bread. Additionally, I encountered a rather unpleasant atmosphere, including some yelling from another guest, which was unsettling, especially for families with children. The bathroom in my first room was in poor condition, showing signs of rust and not as clean as expected, and the water had a yellow tint. Moreover, there was an overwhelming odor in that room, which made the experience uncomfortable. Throughout the hotel, there was a persistent smell of cigarettes and weed, which added to the overall unwelcoming environment. After enduring a car alarm that went off for three hours, we had to switch rooms to the fourth flo

Sean runs a very professional hotel, The staff here is amazing. Ray, V, Lesly, and George all have great personalities and make me feel at home. The break-feast is really good for hotel food, I would recommend the potatoes with scrambled eggs. My room always gets cleaned very well and they stay true to their schedules. There is always some one at the front desk to help you if you need anything.

Great staff, I'm greeted everytime I walk in as they remember me and appreciate my using them as my go to place when i need to stay over in Danbury. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the morning breakfast person does a wonderful job. Recent renovations are nicely done. My most recent stay in an executive suite was awesome and very relaxing. Thank you for making my stays comfortable and affordable!
