Horrible experience from start to finish. I am a titanium elite bon voy member, and have stayed in hotels from Kansas city to Las Vegas, and I have never had an experience that made me give out 1 star. Im so confused by the hospitality industry, especially in the DFW area. How is it that these mid level hotels don't seem to understand I can just drive down the road and take my business elsewhere. I have no tolerance for front desk staff that have a need to argue. Traveling is an imperfect science, things happen, dates change, thats the whole reason for needing a hotel. I’m writing this review today for anyone who’s interested in booking a room here. I came here with my family it seemed to be a safe and comfortable resting place for me and my children until we got up to our room and smelled cigarette smoke and the smell of cannabis Later we found out from the lady at the front desk who works mornings that they recently found homeless people sleeping in the storage Rooms and laundry rooms, we spent a lot Of money booking this room so we decided To stay. Until 2 older lady’s Carrie and Tony that work at the front desk barged in our rooms while we were asleep and put their hands On our children to wake them up because it was 12 o clock which is check out but we requested a late check out we told the lady we were gonna call the cops but she called before we d

This was a really nice hotel. It wasn't a luxury hotel but the staff was very nice and professional and the suite was very clean and everything worked. I say that because I've been to luxury hotels and there was stuff that didn't work. The breakfast was also terrific and the coffee was delicious. The next time I come to the Dallas area I will stay there again for sure.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. I was staying over a week, and the courtesy of the staff helped me feel at home away from home. The beds were, for me, perfectly comfortable although I imagine some might consider them slightly too firm. The rooms are comfortable all around, and I liked the set up of a separate toilet room and separate shower room. The rooms are very quiet, I only once heard a neighbor playing their TV and they must have been blasting it because overall I would rate this tops for being one of the quietest hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at dozens. The breakfast was good and filling, the workout room was nice, and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping my room clean. I would give a special commendation to housekeeping, for I was there with fa

Only reason I am not giving the hotel a better review is because on the 2nd night stay the hotel hot water went out! We called they said they were working on it and it be 30mins. Then we called after 2 hrs they said it would not be fixed tonight because the engineer had left. So we have to check out in the morning drive 5 hours with no shower! If not for this issue, the stay would have been excellent!
