Positive: Very clean. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional. Negative: The shower was miserable. Low water pressure. You could get scalding water or cold water. It wouldn't let you mix to get warm. Three other members of our party said they experienced the same thing. Wasted room space with no furniture to set things on.

I really like this hotel but the deal breaker for me was the cold shower. No matter how long I waited it would not warm up. It is unfortunate because the room and bed was great. The location is fantastic. But, that darn shower! If you are there just for one night and don’t need to shower this is great pick. To me a warm shower is important and this did not deliver that.

This hotel was very accommodating to our whole group that stayed here. The location is terrific, easy to get to and such a walkable area with restaurants etc. Only issue is the water is very very finicky and seems to be a known issue. We are Marriott loyalists and love the brand, so we hope they get this fixed, I had to forgo washing my hair the entire trip bc the water was either super hot or cold... Front desk staff apologized over and over, not their fault and they were so nice to us all.

The hotel had no hot water either of the two mornings I stayed. The front desk said it was a known issue. WHY WOULD THEY KNOWINGLY CHECK GUESTS INTO A HOTEL WITH NO HOT WATER? There are reviews dating back over a month with the same issue.

The hotel is clean and modern (a little too modern for my taste, but that's just personal preference). Parking is easy and free (huge bonus). The location is good and close to so many things. Be advised that there is NO HOT WATER in the showers, luke warm at best, and minimal water pressure. From reading past reviews, this is an ongoing problem. The thermostat is another issue. It is not possible to really control the temperature in the room. Marriott puts governors on the thermostats. You can put in a temperature over 65 degrees. At that point, you are at the mercy of the HVAC system if you get heat or cold air. I don't like hot air blowing on me when I sleep, and I was up and down all night due to being too hot or cold.
