Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson

Well I usually stay with Hilton or Marriott brand but lately some of their hotels are changing. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Your hotel is lovely from the entry to the bedroom. The double queen delux is very spacious . The afternoon kickback was great. I was impressed that it was not just chips and salsa. The options of the food choices were a nice addition. Plus the three alcohol beverages per adult were nice. The different selections of alcohol choices is a major plus with no extra cost for the food and/or alcohol beverages. The prices are extremely affordable. It would not be a bad idea for Drury to increase their daily charge. The average cost of a nice hotel is around $125 to $150 daily. The right customers will pay. Over all my entire family

Have to say as professional traveler that this is hands down nicest Drury property I have stayed with. The roof top pool is the bomb. The large happy hour dining area is comfy and plentiful of choices for seating. Staff was superior, every one of them. Only thing I could say is I wish their room doors did not slam like a mad hooker. It's not my neighbors faults. Its the hinge return settings on the doors. Jumped me out of a deep sleep 3xs first night and several more the next night

Positive: Cleanliness. Beverages available le in the evenings. NParking is wonderful. We purchased a new car and found a secure spot to keep it until we returned home. Negative: We always enjoy staying here! Our first choice, always!

I travel quite often, and I usually look for a Drury Inn because I know you can get a great value for your money. However this particular location has been off the charts. I can honestly say this hotel provides the absolute best experience I have seen in years The staff is amazing, they are so welcoming from the time you walk in the door. They look like they actually enjoy working together. They are very pleasant; and it's not overdone, they seem very genuine. Management is hands on; they, walk around and greet their customers. The breakfast and happy hour reception is well organized; they have a great selection. The pool is always warm. And most of all, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff really takes great care of this property. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Could gear some traffic noise even at night but it wasn't too bad. Elevators are noisy so ask for a room away from them. Shower was hot and good water pressure . They offer a small free dinner buffet. But we didn't have time to try it. Breakfast buffet also free but with significantly more variety. Food was very good. Only negative for some people might be the parking garage, didn’t find the elevator. But the stairwell opens directly into the hotel. If you have lots of bags check in, take everything to your room then park in the garage.
