This is a fantastic hotel. I stayed for 5 nights for work. It is so new, clean, bright, and nice. The rooms are large and the kitchens are wonderful. The fridge was perfect for my healthy foods. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful. Love the Fitness Center. Excellent location, well lit in the entire area for 5 am walks. Great staff, definitely staying here again

Room is big and clean with large refrigerator, microwave, cooker, washer and drier and kitchen utensils; breakfast is cooked fresh as you order, staff are accommodating. Met the Manager Amina Partney and she is very nice and helpful.

We have been visiting Plano much frequently in the past few years since children going to university at nearby area. I have “sampled” various Marriott locations every time we visit, this location, particular brand especially stands out. Great staff, clean room, the most comfortable beds I have stayed while traveling ! Seriously! Consider this brand is gearing towards to Long Stay category for business travelers, the home-away-from-home feeling this location provides definitely hit the mark high ! At weekdays, it even offers happy-hour snacks! Cheese, olives and crackers might not sound too much but for tiring travelers, it provides the comfort. We enjoyed our stay so much. The lobby, gym, pool, area, elevators, halls, and room are so clean! The beds are comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. FILTERED WATER IN YOUR ROOM! Plus great thank-you perks in their hotel for guests for our enjoyment and convenience. Letice and Janine, GM were very helpful and super nice. Janine, please thank your housekeeping staff for us. They do a fantastic job! We hope to come back soon!

Truly a jackpot. I loved my stay. Hotel seems new. Very clean, quiet, smart tv, great customer service. Breakfast is great. Very few choices but great. No waffle maker but there is on the spot egg/omelet chef.
