I was misinformed. Her items were held, I learned today. Five Star My daughter stayed here beginning December 12, 2025. Due to unforseen circumstances, she was not able return and check out. I called to explain the situation and that her mother could pick up the items in January since she was out of town. I paid the balance on the room and was told that her items would be kept for 30 days. A letter from my daughter would be required to pick up the items by January 30, 2026. My daughter sent a letter to her mother for the pickup. Due to health issues, her mother was going to do it just yesterday, but I've learned that the hotel did not keep my daughter's items, which were really quite valuable. That was a unbelievably disappointing for my daughter who has already lost so much. A zero star

Do not stay here. I was accused of having a pit bull in my room. I do not have a dog. The people are incredibly rude. They did not have kitchen utensils and equipment and a light bulb was out. When I returned later in the evening to get the kitchen stuff and the light bulb I was told no because I had a pit bull. Unbelievable. This is an outright lie and they have zero evidence to prove up their insane accusations. The place smells horrible. They told me to leave. I did. This trashy group refuses to refund for the nights I already paid for. Don't risk your money or time and don't put up with the attitude. You'll have a better experience elsewhere. When times are hard this was an option! It's a place to stay! The front office staff could be more friendly and the housekeeping and maintenance could do the same! They do maintain the rooms pretty well and the pricing is basically the same as other motels of this nature! Definitely not 5☆

The first room they had me in, smelled like cigarette smoke. They moved me to a second room, and I had no hot water for a shower, there were no hand towels, weird white stains on the floor in front of the toilet, and no tissues. When I called the front desk from the phone in the room at 9:50pm, no one picked up. I even chose the option for maintenance, and I was on hold for several minutes without anyone picking up.
