SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Concord Mills/Speedway

Just had a great stay at Springhill Suites! Their rates were very competitive with the other hotels right next door (and there's a LOT of them side by side.) Location was convenient for food and the convention center. The hotel met all the reasonable expectations you'd want so you don't worry about the actual accommodations and just enjoy the trip. The standout feature, though, was the water pressure. I've never stayed somewhere with such great water pressure before in the shower. It was perfect!

Great location for the various racing locations in the Charlotte/Concord area. Room was clean, neat and comfortable. Shower and the A/C were satisfying after a hot day at the track. I was not able to rate the breakfast, as my time to be at an appointment was early morning and breakfast was not yet available.||Many dinner choices for restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The BBQ place was my favorite.||Sufficient parking for guests, but maybe not if towing a trailer.

Nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. There was complimentary water and they were quick to provide any additional needs during our stay. Friendly staff and very well taken care of facility. We definitely will be back!

Positive: The size of the room, the location gad plenty of stuff around it and it was close to my destinations. The staff was nice. Negative: There no smart tv in the room. The tv that was in the room sucked because you had to just flip through the channels with no guide. In 2025, this should not be especially for the price.

The hotel is in a great location and the customer service from the staff was excellent. Unfortunately, my actual stay was very disappointing. The bathroom sink in my room was completely stopped up—you couldn’t run the water for more than a few seconds without it filling up quickly. By the time I realized how bad it was, it was late at night and I didn’t feel comfortable having maintenance come into my room. On top of that, the shower water never got hot, which made the experience even worse. These issues made my stay far from enjoyable, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others until the rooms are properly maintained. If I could add the video I would, but it won't let me.
