Homewood Suites by Hilton Concord Charlotte

I traveled to NC to be with my sister and I needed a change of scenery after she passed away. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by everyone at the front desk. Customer service was excellent! They even gave me a sympathy card. My room was CLEAN and serene. The exercise room, elevators, hallway, everything was spotless! breakfast was great also. Everyone that I encountered was friendly. This will definitely be my go place whenever I visit NC.

Our family has stayed at this hotel the week of Thanksgiving several times and it is always a great experience. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good (go early if possible). The front desk staff and the breakfast staff never failed to greet us when we arrived and wish us a good day when we left. The room was clean, location is great although the Blvd does get very busy on Black Friday so plan accordingly. We had no issues with traffic. Note that Rooms ending in 04,06, 08, 10 face the boulevard and you can watch the sunrise over the Speedway. Very pretty.

Our stay at homewood suites was amazing. Parking is free. The free hotel breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious! The bed and pillows were so comfy, I wished we’d booked another night. The staff were very friendly as well and greeted us every time we saw them. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Not sure why they say it’s a 3 star hotel but I am pretty sure everyone seeks a great service and comfort when they are away from home and that’s exactly what we got. I am stuck to Homewood, if they are in all parts of the world they are my go to. It was a 5 star for me. From staff to cleanliness to food, to location. Come try it out!

Stayed here for business purposes! I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to GERMAN! Excellent service from beginning to end and all in between. Thank you for taking care of us! You were truly a joy! Thank you to Sharon and all the staff who prepared our meals! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend a stay here - you will not regret it! My colleagues and I enjoyed it!
