Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa

This was one of the worst hotels stays I and my husband have ever had. and for almost 200 a night i would have had a better stay at motel 6 than this. Got their for our staycation in the evening got there checked in and went to dinner. When we got back it was kind of late. This is when it hit us we were in for a ride. The door didnt lock and was broken all the way down it. There was no shower curtian in the bathroom, went to call the front desk phone is broken Their was two of them niether worked. the shower cirtian rod was broken hanging out of the wall and being held on with caulking and sheer hopes. They droped a curtian off for us to have to hang our selfs. the room had no air conditioning. it was 74 in our room we set it to 66 just like we keep our own house and 6 hours later it was 7

Room was a 4, the new renovated rooms are millennial grey and lack the nostalgia that the red/gold and wood tones brought to the Embassy. I always felt like this place gave "Titanic" vibes if you know what I mean, and Im sad to see it go. I booked a room for 5 nights and 4 days, ours was in the newly renovated floors. I booked 2 one night stays for my family to meet us for the NYE 2026. Both of their rooms were in the not newly renovated floors. They had no complaints, they enjoyed their rooms very much. Breakfasts are very good, and there is something for everyone. Chef Jeff (Davis) was very personable and great at his job! Positive: Comfortable room,cold AC Negative: Did not know I would be staying in a construction zone. The beautiful lobby that normally is where you hang out for breakfast /managers reception with a beautiful fountain was a mess with constructed maze walkways to the elevators. Rooms being remodeled

I love Embassy Suites, the layout of the open atriums make it feel extraordinary. They were renovating now but the finished product should be great! Location is very convenient as well. rooms were very comfortable, and I had a small balcony which was a treat. the noise level was low.

What a spectacular experience at the Concord Convention Center and Embassy Suites by Hilton Concord! Trade Show hosted by Atlantic Coast Electric Supply, and from start to finish, the event was exceptional. The Convention Center is fabulous. Fresh from renovations, you can literally catch that soft hint of new carpet and fresh paint in the air. The updated conference spaces are modern, spacious, and perfectly suited for a large-scale event like this one. Everything felt open, well-designed, and comfortable.
