Home2 Suites by Hilton Concord Charlotte

This was a fabulous hotel! Customer service went above and beyond and excelled in being friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast/lobby area is well laid out and spacious. The breakfast gave many options. The game room was a fun addition for our kids. If we had been staying for more than one night and in warmer weather, we would have definitely used the pool area. It is a very convenient location to everything Concord and Charlotte have to offer. We would go out of our way to book here again!

I am a global traveler - whose eyes have seen MANY a Hilton properties.|This Home2 is a wonderful property. I will give you a detailed breakdown:||During the festive timespan I opted to book this venue. Normally I get the property directly in front of it. Bus since this Home2 literally just opened, I picked it.|Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a friendly face who shifted from the (front) Hilton property to this one as a manager. She notified me, Home2 has been open JUST two weeks, at the time of my visit.|As I was at the counter obtaining my room keys, there were 2 guys installing the overhead front desk track lighting - (that is how new this place is).||This stay was virtually an unflawed experience.|At 2:45, my king room was not ready so I was given 2 queen size beds. I can’t express how amazing our stay was at this hotel last week. The staff was amazing. They accommodated breakfast for our girls that were dancing. The general manager to all of the staff Front desk and hospitality simply amazing! Customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely stay again if we compete there next year.

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel for work. The breakfast was great. Plenty of options! They also did different breakfast items daily. The location is very convenient to I-85, shopping, and food. Far enough from Charlotte to keep away from the traffic, but only a few minutes from downtown. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Ganga will stop you to ask how your day is and is always very polite and friendly during conversation.

I really dnt do reviews to be honest. But This place is absolutely nice and very convenient to what you need and affordable. With shopping traveling and close access to the airport if your flying in town and staying a while. The room layout is beautiful spacious and very clean. I love it and I definitely will be back here ever I'm in town. Take my word you will love it as well. Ask for Mrs. Sharon she will help you the best she can. Really lovely lady✌🏾💯🎯👏🏾🫡
